Scope

This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website and when you contact us by email or telephone. It does not govern the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

What we collect

As currently configured, this website does not use non-essential cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, chat widgets or automated profiling tools.

• Technical data. Our hosting and security providers may record standard server logs, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, referring page and timestamp, for security, troubleshooting and service reliability.
• Information you provide. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, contact details, the content of your enquiry and any attachments.

Providing information by email or telephone is voluntary. You are not legally required to provide it, but without sufficient information we may be unable to respond to or evaluate your enquiry.

If non-essential analytics, a contact form, chat functionality or advertising technology is introduced, this policy and any notice or consent mechanism required by applicable law will be updated before that technology is activated.

How and why we use information
